It’s a real time-saver! Order custom subs, sliced meats, or cheeses online from our Deli, and we’ll have them ready for you to pick up. Celebrating a big occasion? With in-store pickup, you can order custom cakes and platters too. Just place your order 24 hours in advance, then stop by and pick it up before your event. With in-store pickup, you can order custom items like subs, cakes, and platters and we will have them ready for you to pick up inside the store. Or you can order all your groceries for curbside pickup, powered by Instacart, and we will bring them to your car parked in the designated curbside parking space.
Changes are always welcome, even after you submit your order. Just call the store at the phone number listed in your order summary or email confirmation.
Just call the store at the phone number listed in your order summary or email confirmation. Platters and cakes can be canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Subs can be canceled if it is more than 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Online cancellation is also available for select stores and time frames. Visit your Purchase History to see if your order can be canceled online.

Absolutely! If you place an order while logged in to your Club Publix account, it will be saved in your cart for 30 days. Your order will also be saved in your Purchase History for three months so you can easily reorder it. If you’re not logged in, your order will be saved in your cart for 24 hours on the same device used to place the order.

Tap the menu in the top left of the screen, then tap Help Center > Submit Contact Form. Include as much detail as possible, or choose another contact option shown on the screen.
Special instructions can be added to select items with the Special Instructions feature. These items include some platters, subs, and cakes. Please be advised that some special instructions may result in additional charges in-store.
When you've finished your order, choose the most convenient date/time for you from the options provided. The average wait time for one item is about 25 minutes. As your order size increases, wait time may also increase. During busier times, wait time may be longer than anticipated.
Some orders, including platters, cakes, and seafood, require a notice of 24 hours or more, so please check the item description before you order. Some platters ordered prior to noon can be picked up at any time the next day. If you place your order after noon, the earliest pickup available will be after noon the following day.
Sorry, they are not. Platters that contain fried chicken, such as tenders and wings, are served chilled.
Yes. Some coupons can be applied at the register when you pay for your order in-store, and some can be redeemed only when paying online. Please see coupon terms for details on how each coupon can be redeemed.
Yes. If any of the items featured for in-store pickup are on sale, the site will automatically reflect the sale price.
No. This service is available to you without any additional fees or charges.
Yes! You can pay with a debit, credit, FSA card, Publix gift cards or Apple Pay (in the Publix app, for select items) and we’ll have it ready for you to pick up. Multiple forms of payment can be used by combining gift cards and a single debit/credit card or Apple Pay.
Currently, not all items are eligible for online payment. If any items in your basket are ineligible for online payment, the entire order must be paid in the store. Look for the Online Pay indicator to determine if your item is eligible.
Your payment method(s) will be charged at the time an order is submitted.
If you’ve already placed the order, then you will need to cancel and resubmit the order.
The update to your balance should happen quickly after each transaction. Your Club Publix account should display your most recent update.
