How can I contact Publix Corporate Office?
Call 1-800-242-1227 for store-related comments. For questions relating to personnel, payroll, benefits, stock, employment, real estate, or accounting, call 1-863-688-1188.
Our Customer Care Department hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. We are closed Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.

Our Publix Promise guarantees that if during checkout, the scanned price of an item (excluding alcohol and tobacco products) exceeds the shelf price or advertised price, we will give the customer one of that item free. We will charge the lower price for the remaining items.

Yes, Publix does cash personal and payroll checks at all stores. To cash a check at Publix you must provide a driver license, state-issued photo identification card, or military identification.

Yes, Publix offers Western Union money transfer services at all stores.
