No. Digital coupons can be accessed online by "clipping" them into your Club Publix account. When you enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app, any clipped digital coupons or perks in your Club Publix account will be applied to your qualified purchase.

When you pay with the Publix app, all eligible clipped and perks coupons in your Club Publix account are automatically applied to your qualifying purchases. You don’t need to enter your phone number before completing your transaction when you pay with the app.

If a user successfully completes the verification process and confirms that they are the rightful owner of a phone number, that phone number is assigned to the new owner’s account and removed from its previous account.
