What are digital coupons?
Do I need to print digital coupons?
No. Our coupons are paperless and work automatically when you click to save them to your Club Publix account and enter your unique 10-digit phone number at checkout.
How do digital coupons work?
First you must join Club Publix, if you haven't already. Digital coupons are available to Club Publix members.
To view digital coupons, click Savings > Digital Coupons then clip each coupon you want to add to your Club Publix account. Finally, enter your unique 10-digit phone number at checkout to identify yourself and purchase the item(s) using a digital coupon.
How do I become a Club Publix member?
You can join Club Publix by visiting the signup page and entering the required information.
How much does it cost to join Club Publix and use digital coupons?
There is no charge to join Club Publix or use digital coupons.
Can more than one person use my digital coupons?
Each Club Publix account may have only one registered user, although the account may be used by the entire household by entering the same phone number on the PIN pad at checkout.
How do I save a digital coupon to my Club Publix account?
To see all the coupons you've saved, log in to your Club Publix account, navigate to the Digital Coupons page and turn on “Clipped Coupons.”
How do I know if my coupons were clipped or saved to my account?
To see all the coupons you've saved, log in to your Club Publix account and from the Digital Coupons page,.turn on Clipped Coupons.
Is there a limit on the number of coupons I can clip?
No.
Do I need to sign in to my Club Publix account at checkout?
No, you simply redeem coupons saved in your Club Publix account by entering your unique 10-digit phone number into the PIN pad at checkout.
How do I know the coupon has been used?
Your savings will be itemized on your receipt.
Do coupons expire?
Yes. Expiration dates appear on each coupon. Expired coupons will be deleted from your Club Publix account automatically.
How many times can a coupon be used?
The number of times a coupon can be used is up to the manufacturer, but most coupons can be used only once.
When a coupon can be redeemed multiple times within a single transaction, an icon displaying the number of times it can be redeemed will appear on the coupon.
Are all products with coupons available at all stores and locations?
While the products for which we have coupons are broadly available, some products may not be available at all stores.
How can I see new coupons, and how often are they available?
Click Savings > Digital Coupons. From the Sort box, select Newest. The newest coupons will appear at the top of the page.
New coupons can be added at any time, so check back often.
Can I use a digital coupon and a paper coupon for the same item?
No. Savings are limited to one manufacturer coupon per item purchased. Should a paper coupon be accepted for an item, the digital coupon will not be accepted and will remain in your Club Publix account for future use. More information is available in our coupon policy.
How do I reset my Club Publix password?
To reset your Club Publix password on the Publix website, go to the Log in page, then select “Need help logging in?”
To reset your Club Publix password on the Publix app, tap “Log In” on the home screen, then tap “Need help logging in?”
You have the option to log in with a one-time code, or reset your password. Selecting “Reset your password” will allow you to reset your password and log in. Selecting Log in will allow you to log in without resetting your password. If you don't remember your password and need to update it, we recommend choosing “Reset your password.”
Please ensure the email entered is the appropriate email address associated with your Publix account and is spelled correctly.
Note: If you're using autofill to fill in your login credentials, ensure it has been updated with your newly set password and has the appropriate email address.

What do I do when a digital coupon does not redeem at the register?
- Make sure you are entering the correct 10-digit phone number at check out. Sign in to your Club Publix account and click the Profile icon to view your registered phone number.
- Confirm your purchase meets the coupon purchase requirements. On the digital coupons page, click the coupon to view full details.

If I return an item for which I received a discount, can I reuse my discount the next time I shop?
Once a coupon has been used, it cannot be used again.
If my transaction is voided after I enter my 10-digit phone number, will the discount still be available for me to use?
Yes. As long as the transaction has not been finalized, you can use the discount in a future shopping trip.

Can I clip all coupons at once?
No. All coupons cannot be clipped at one time.
How do I find out what digital coupons expire soon?
Click Savings > Digital Coupons. From the Sort box, select Expiring. The soon-expiring coupons will appear at the top of the page. Dates display in red for any digital coupons expiring within the next seven days.
Can I use paper and digital dollars-off-total-order coupons in the same transaction?
Yes, if there is a digital dollars off total order coupon loaded in your Club Publix account and you also have a paper dollars off total order coupon, you may use both in the same transaction.
Can I use paper and digital coupons for the same purchase of a private label item (such as Publix, Publix Premium, GreenWise, Publix Deli, or Publix Bakery)?
Yes, digital and paper coupons for private label items may be combined for use on the same item.
