E-receipts are now simply known as “Purchases.” You can track your purchase history anytime from your Club Publix account. Find out more.
The ability to track purchase history is only available to Club Publix members.
Once enrolled, simply enter your phone number on the PIN pad at checkout so we can save your purchase.
Log in and select “Account,” then select “Purchases.” You can toggle between online orders and in-store purchase history.
Purchase history is available immediately after purchase and is kept for up to six months (180 days) from the purchase dates. You can view your purchase history within 24–48 hours of your transaction.
Sign in to your account, go to Settings, scroll down to "Receipt Preferences." There, you can select if you would like to receive a printed copy, emailed copy, or neither.
Online purchase history works just like paper receipts. At Publix, we always cheerfully refund the purchase price of an item when a customer isn’t fully satisfied. Simply show your purchase history to a Customer Service associate and he or she will take care of the rest. You can show it as an electronic version from your mobile device or as a printed copy.
Yes. Online orders will appear in your purchase history like any other purchase at Publix.
Unfortunately, if your phone number is not entered into the PIN pad at checkout, we are unable to access your purchase history preferences. We are unable to add purchase history to your Club Publix account after payment. However, the register will default to a paper receipt for you.
When entering your phone number on the PIN pad, please look for the message “Customer ID Accepted” on the checkout screen. This confirms your phone number has been entered.
If you don't want to keep a record of a particular purchase, simply don't enter your phone number at checkout. The purchase will not be saved to your Club Publix account.
