Visit the Publix Nutrition Center for resources and ways to eat more wholesome foods and accommodate special dietary needs.

Publix has made it easy to spot products that are USDA certified organic or made with at least 70% organic ingredients. Our special teal shelf tags have icons on them to tell you what's what. You can view an easy-to-read chart that explains exactly how to find the kinds of items you're looking for when you shop at your neighborhood Publix. Our teal tags will help you storewide—in our Produce and Meat departments, as well as on dairy, grocery, and even household products. So take a look at the chart and see how easy it is to find the kinds of products you want on your next shopping trip.

If you're trying to be more mindful about what you eat, Publix can help. Just look for the green Better Choice shelf tags while you shop. Using the latest scientific research, Publix registered dietitian nutritionists have compared groups of similar products, like cereal, for example. The Better Choice shelf tags identify items that have more of the nutrients you need, like fiber, and less of the things you don't need, like saturated fat, or added sodium, or added sugar.

Reference our guide on how to read a label. This will help you compare nutrition labels and choose foods to fit your healthy lifestyle.

Do you or your loved ones have dietary concerns? Find products that are gluten free, 3 g of fat or less, 140 mg of sodium or less, or 5 g of sugar or less per serving.

Fresh Bakery and Deli items don’t always include nutrition labels in-store since the FDA does not require it. However, you can find the nutrition facts for Publix baked goods and Deli items online in our Product Catalog. Nutritional information for many of our Deli items is also available at your local store. Please inquire at the Deli counter for assistance.
