Shenandoah Growers was founded in 1989. At that time, the business comprised a single family-owned herb farm nestled in Virginia’s verdant Shenandoah Valley. This family-owned business typically produces over 6 million heads of certified organic lettuces per year. They have installed over 4 million square feet of greenhouse and have developed a proprietary hydroponic lettuce system.
