As a customer of Presto! member financial institutions, you will have surcharge-free, 24/7 ATM access to your cash at more than 1,300 Publix locations across the Southeast.
How do I become a member of the Presto! Network?
Presto! membership is only available to financial institutions. Please have your financial institution contact us at PrestoCustomerSupport@publix.com.
How can I find out if my financial institution is a member of the Presto! Network?
Visit our Presto! site and enter the first six digits of your primary card account number.
Can I use the Presto! ATM even if my financial institution is not a member of the Presto! Network?
Yes. You will be able to use the ATM, but there will be a surcharge fee which will display on the screen before you continue to use the ATM.
What is an ATM surcharge fee?
An ATM surcharge fee is defined as a fee for using the ATM by the owner of the ATM. For customers of Presto! member financial institutions, there is no surcharge fee.
Do the Presto! ATMs accept deposits?
Not at this time. Customers can make withdrawals, balance inquiries, and transfers.
My ATM or register transaction is not correct. Who can I contact?

I suspect fraudulent use of my card at a Presto! ATM. Who can I contact?
Please contact the financial institution on your card.
My financial institution notified me that I have access to the Presto! ATMs. Is any type of enrollment required?
There is no enrollment required. Participation in Presto! is set up and managed by the member financial institution.
Am I able to use my chip card at a Presto! ATM?
Yes. All Presto! ATMs will allow you to use your chip card.
Are ATMs owned by member institutions surcharge-free to the Presto! Network?
No. Each member financial institution owns their own ATM network which are not part of the Presto! ATM network.
Your website listed a certain ATM as part of your network. How do I know that it is surcharge free?
All Presto! ATMs at Publix Super Markets, Inc. locations are part of the Presto! ATM network and are surcharge free if your financial institution is a Presto! member.

What is the maximum withdrawal amount for a Presto! Network ATM?
The maximum withdrawal amount set on our Presto! ATMs is $400.00 per transaction; in addition, you have the ability to make multiple transactions at the Presto! ATM. Financial institutions may have their own withdrawal limits which could prevent a customer from withdrawing $400.00 per transaction from the Presto! ATM. Please contact your financial institution to verify your maximum withdrawal limits.
There is a fee from my financial institution even though they are a Presto! member. What is this fee and how do I know in advance if I will have a fee?
Some financial institutions charge a fee for using ATMs they do not own. This is often called a transaction fee/foreign fee. Refer to your financial institution’s fee schedule for any charges they may assess for this reason.
