Yes. Some coupons can be applied at the register when you pay for your order in-store, and some can be redeemed only when paying online. Please see coupon terms for details on how each coupon can be redeemed.
Will I be able to use coupons?
Does in-store pickup include sale items?
Yes. If any of the items featured for in-store pickup are on sale, the site will automatically reflect the sale price.
Are there any additional fees for using in-store pickup?
No. This service is available to you without any additional fees or charges.
Can I pay for my in-store pickup order online?
Yes! You can pay with a debit, credit, FSA card, Publix gift cards or Apple Pay (in the Publix app, for select items) and we’ll have it ready for you to pick up. Multiple forms of payment can be used by combining gift cards and a single debit/credit card or Apple Pay.
Why can’t I pay for all my items online at the same time?
Currently, not all items are eligible for online payment. If any items in your basket are ineligible for online payment, the entire order must be paid in the store. Look for the Online Pay indicator to determine if your item is eligible.
When will my debit, credit, or Publix gift card be charged for my online order?
Publix will charge your payment method when you submit your order.
I paid for my in-store pickup order online using my Publix gift card but I meant to pay with my debit/credit card. Can I change it?
If you’ve already placed the order, then you will need to cancel and resubmit the order.
The update to your balance should happen quickly after each transaction. Your Club Publix account should display your most recent update.
