Every fish in our fresh seafood case, including our fresh salmon, is never frozen. How do we do it? Our Seafood department sources fish from all over the world and rushes them to our stores so they’re fresh on arrival. The temperature of each fish is closely monitored every step of the way. We also source fresh fish and seafood from locations in the United States such as Florida and Alaska.
