Strawberry Ice Cube Tray Bonbons

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups dark (or milk chocolate–flavored) melting wafers (about 15 oz)
  • 1 (14-well) ice cube tray
  • 6 large, fresh strawberries
  • 1 (7 oz, 2 ct) package Bakery New York–style cheesecake

Steps

    1. Melt wafers following package instructions. Coat sides and bottom of each ice cube well with about 2 teaspoons chocolate, then freeze 5 minutes or until set. Chop strawberries (about ½ cup).
    2. Place 1 tablespoon cheesecake into each well; top cheesecake evenly with strawberries, pressing down into filling. Top each well with about 2 teaspoons more chocolate or until completely covered.
    3. Tap tray gently on counter to release any air. Freeze 15 minutes or until set. Tap tray on counter gently to release bonbons; serve.
