Roasted Garlic Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients
  • Nonstick aluminum foil
  • 2 pieces naan or flatbread (8.8–10.8 oz)
  • ¼ cup roasted garlic Alfredo sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh baby spinach
  • ½ lb chilled Deli chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons sliced pimientos
  • 4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Place bread on baking sheet.
  2. Spread Alfredo evenly over bread. Chop spinach; sprinkle over bread.
  3. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; sprinkle over bread. Top with pimientos and cheese. Bake 8–10 minutes until chicken is hot and cheese is melted. Cut into slices; serve.
