Ingredients
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- Grated nutmeg (optional for garnish)
- Orange slice (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add all ingredients (except garnishes).
- Shake well; strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Garnish with nutmeg and orange slice, if desired.
