Ingredients

  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • Grated nutmeg (optional for garnish)
  • Orange slice (optional for garnish)

Steps

    1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add all ingredients (except garnishes).
    2. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
    3. Garnish with nutmeg and orange slice, if desired.
