Ingredients
- 1 Deli chilled oven-roasted chicken
- ¼ cup unsalted chicken stock (or broth)
- 1 cup Caesar yogurt dressing
- ¼ cup cooked bacon pieces
- ½ cup shredded Italian five-cheese blend
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 2 (12-ct) mini sweet dinner rolls
- 6 romaine leaves, quartered
Steps
- Shred chicken (3 cups). Pour stock into slow cooker, then add chicken; cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour (or LOW for 2 hours) and until chicken is 165°F.
- Remove chicken and drain liquid from slow cooker. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in dressing, bacon, and cheese.
- Slice tomatoes. Cut rolls in half lengthwise. Quarter romaine into 24 equal pieces. Divide chicken mixture evenly between bottom halves of rolls; top with tomato, lettuce, and top halves of rolls. Serve.
