Ingredients
- 2 limes, for juice (+ more, optional for garnish)
- 1 sprig fresh mint (+ more, optional for garnish)
- 2 lb seedless watermelon chunks
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut water
- 4 oz citrus-flavored vodka
- 1 oz agave nectar
Steps
- Juice limes (2 tablespoons); remove mint leaves from stem. Place lime juice and mint leaves in blender.
- Add remaining ingredients (except garnishes); blend until smooth. Pour into ice-filled Collins glasses.
- Garnish with lime wheels and mint sprigs, if desired.
Other Preparation Methods
Don't like coconut water?
Substitute citrus-flavored sparkling water for the coconut water.
