    Ingredients

    • 1 cup small diced watermelon, divided
    • 1 ½ oz vodka
    • ½ oz cranberry juice
    • 3 oz lemon-lime soda
    • Lime slice (optional for garnish)

    Steps

      1. Chop watermelon into ½-inch cubes. Place ½ cup diced watermelon on a small baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour.
      2. Muddle the remaining watermelon and vodka in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and cranberry juice; shake well.
      3. Place frozen watermelon cubes and ice into a Collins or pint glass; strain drink into glass and top with lemon-lime soda.
      4. Garnish with lime slice, if desired.
