Ingredients
- 2 limes, for juice
- 1 sprig fresh mint
- 2 lb watermelon chunks
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut water
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
Steps
- Juice limes (2 tablespoons) and remove mint leaves from stem; place both in blender.
- Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve over ice.
