Ingredients
- 2 oz spiced rum
- ¾ oz coconut rum
- Splash of pineapple juice
- Splash of grenadine
- Splash of orange juice
- Orange slice (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add both rums, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
- Shake well; strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with orange juice. Garnish with orange slice, if desired.
Other Preparation Methods
Give it a coconut boost.
Substitute cream of coconut for coconut rum for a more intense coconut flavor. Garnish with a pineapple spear.
Give it a melon flavor.
Muddle 2–3 cantaloupe or honeydew chunks in the glass before adding ice and other ingredients.
