  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup mini chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup toffee bits
  • ¾ cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1 quart mason jar with lid

  • 2 large eggs (or ½ cup egg substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  2. Set ¼ cup butter out to soften. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 8-inch baking dish with spray. Place butter in large bowl, then beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  3. Gently stir (or fold) in contents of jar until dough is formed. Spread dough evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake 30–35 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of dish and center is set. Cool completely in pan before slicing into bars; serve. (Makes 16 bars.)
