Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 4 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread pecans in single layer on baking sheet; bake 6–8 minutes until browned and fragrant. Let stand to cool completely.
- Place pecans in food processor bowl (or blender); process 2 minutes, then scrape down sides. Add remaining ingredients; process 1–2 minutes until creamy. Place in airtight container and refrigerate up to 1 month.
