Toasted Maple-Pecan Butter

Ingredients
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread pecans in single layer on baking sheet; bake 6–8 minutes until browned and fragrant. Let stand to cool completely.
  2. Place pecans in food processor bowl (or blender); process 2 minutes, then scrape down sides. Add remaining ingredients; process 1–2 minutes until creamy. Place in airtight container and refrigerate up to 1 month.
