Three-Cheese Pasta Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 oz specialty (or penne) pasta (3 cups)

Steps

    1. Bring water to boil for pasta. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine in large bowl: Alfredo sauce, 1 cup cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
    2. Cook and drain pasta following package instructions. Stir pasta into cheese sauce until well blended.
    3. Transfer pasta mixture to 2-quart baking dish; top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese. Bake 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve.
