Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 8 oz specialty (or penne) pasta (3 cups)
Steps
- Bring water to boil for pasta. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine in large bowl: Alfredo sauce, 1 cup cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cook and drain pasta following package instructions. Stir pasta into cheese sauce until well blended.
- Transfer pasta mixture to 2-quart baking dish; top with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese. Bake 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve.
