Ingredients

  • 2 oz rum
  • 1 ½ oz cranberry juice
  • 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ oz orange juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish

Steps

    1. Fill Collins glass with ice; add all ingredients (except garnish).
    2. Stir well.
    3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Other Preparation Methods
    Make it a citrus colada.
    Remove the cranberry juice and add 2 oz more cream of coconut. Place ingredients in blender with ice; blend until smooth.
    Make it simpler.
    Keep the rum and substitute dark cola for all other ingredients; add a lime wedge for garnish.
