    Ingredients

    • 1 cup water
    • 2 bags chai-spiced black tea
    • 4 teaspoons instant espresso
    • 2 tablespoons Swerve granulated sugar substitute
    • 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almondmilk
    • 4 cups ice

    Steps

      1. Bring water to a boil; add tea and remove from heat. Steep 3 minutes. Discard tea bags.
      2. Add instant espresso, sugar substitute, and warm brewed tea to large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on LOW until ingredients are thoroughly blended. Increase power to HIGH and beat 6–8 minutes until doubled in volume and stiff peaks form.
      3. Place 1 cup ice in each glass; add ½ cup milk, then evenly scoop fluffy tea mixture onto milk. Serve.
