    Honey-Sesame Chicken Sliders

    Ingredients

    • 6 frozen breaded chicken tenderloins (about 18 oz)
    • 1 package Asian salad kit (cabbage, toppings, and sesame dressing; 12–13 oz)
    • 12 Bakery dinner rolls
    • 12 dill pickle slices
    • ¼ cup honey

    Steps

      1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake chicken following package instructions. Meanwhile, combine salad kit ingredients.
      2. Leave rolls connected; cut rolls in half horizontally to make 1 large top and 1 large bottom. Arrange pickle slices on bottom half of rolls.
      3. Cut each chicken tender in half; arrange on top of pickles. Drizzle with honey; top with salad and top half of rolls. Cut into 12 sliders and serve.

    Monte Cristo-Style Sliders

    Ingredients

    • Nonstick aluminum foil
    • 4 tablespoons margarine, divided
    • 12 Bakery dinner rolls
    • ¼ cup raspberry spread (or jam)
    • 8 oz sliced cooked ham
    • 8 oz sliced oven-roasted turkey
    • 6 slices Swiss cheese (4 oz)
    • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (optional)

    Steps

      1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Leave rolls connected; do not break apart or separate. Spread 2 tablespoons margarine on bottom of rolls; place margarine-side down on foil. Cut entire group of rolls in half horizontally to make 1 large top and 1 large bottom; set top aside. Spread raspberry spread over bottom half of rolls.
      2. Arrange ham, turkey, and cheese evenly over raspberry spread. Top with other half of rolls and coat with remaining 2 tablespoons margarine. Top sliders with foil; double-fold all edges to seal pouch. Bake 8 minutes.
      3. Turn pouch over; bake 5–6 more minutes until thoroughly heated. Remove sliders from oven; let stand 2 minutes to cool. Dust tops of rolls with powdered sugar (if using). Cut into 12 sliders and serve.

    Sausage and Pimiento Cheese Sliders

    Ingredients

    • Nonstick aluminum foil
    • 13 oz reduced-fat smoked sausage
    • 1 (12-oz) pack Deli mini-sub rolls
    • ¾ cup pimiento cheese spread
    • ¼ cup sweet pepper bruschetta topping
    • 2 teaspoons chipotle pepper sauce
    • ¾ cup crispy fried onions

    Steps

      1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Split sausage in half lengthwise; then cook following package instructions. Cut sausage into 3-inch-long pieces.
      2. Spread cheese evenly over bottom halves of rolls and place on foil. Arrange sausage on top of cheese, then top with: bruschetta topping, pepper sauce, and other halves of rolls.
      3. Top sliders with second foil sheet; double-fold all edges to seal pouch. Bake 6–7 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove tops of rolls and sprinkle with crispy onions. Serve.

    Serving Suggestions

    • Complete your meal with chips and dip or Deli sides. Add brownies for a sweet finish.
    • Planning to grill out on game day? Once the sliders are sealed in foil, they can be finished on the grill.
