Sweet Onion Glazed Tilapia and Peppered Hash Browns

    Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon canola oil
    • 1 cup frozen pepper stir-fry (sliced bell peppers and onions)
    • 2 cups refrigerated hash brown potatoes
    • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

    Steps

      1. Preheat medium saucepan on medium-high 2–3 minutes. Place oil in pan; swirl to coat. Add pepper stir-fry, cover, and cook 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
      2. Stir in hash browns and seasoned salt; cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring often, or until tender. Serve.

    Serving Suggestions

  • Add 2 tablespoons cooked bacon pieces to the peppers and hash browns for a richer flavor.
