Super Sprinkle Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 6 tablespoons confetti (or yellow) cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons egg substitute
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon rainbow sprinkles, for serving
  • ¼ cup whipped topping, for serving

Steps

    1. Coat a 12 oz microwave-safe mug with spray. Add cake mix, egg substitute, milk, and oil to mug; beat with fork until blended.
    2. Microwave on HIGH 1–1 ½ minutes until center is just set and edges begin to pull away from sides of mug (microwave ovens may vary). Let stand to cool 5 minutes. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles; serve.
    Caution: Mug will be hot; touch only by handle.
