Sunrise Yogurt and Tropical Fruit Bowl

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 (5.3-oz) container coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Prep
    • Peel and dice kiwi and mango (if applicable).
Steps
  1. Place yogurt in small serving bowl.
  2. Swirl 1 tablespoon almond butter into yogurt.
  3. Top with fruit, honey, chia seeds, and shredded coconut. Serve immediately.
TIP: Other fruits and berries may be substituted.
