Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (+ more, optional for serving)
  • 4 fresh citrus fruits (such as navel oranges, tangelos, and grapefruits)

Steps

    1. Chop mint finely. Whisk orange juice, mint, and honey until blended.
    2. Peel citrus fruits, cut into ½-inch-thick slices (4 cups), and place in large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to coat. Drizzle with additional honey, if using. Serve.
