Summer Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup canned mandarin oranges in 100% juice
- 1 cup fresh watermelon chunks
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds
Steps
- Drain oranges. Cut watermelon and pineapple into bite-size pieces. Place 1 cup romaine on each serving plate.
- Combine oranges, watermelon, and pineapple; divide mixture evenly on top of romaine.
- Drizzle dressing over salads; top evenly with feta and sunflower seeds. Serve.
