    Ingredients

    • ⅓ cup canned mandarin oranges in 100% juice
    • 1 cup fresh watermelon chunks
    • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
    • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
    • 2 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette
    • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
    • 2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds

    Steps

      1. Drain oranges. Cut watermelon and pineapple into bite-size pieces. Place 1 cup romaine on each serving plate.
      2. Combine oranges, watermelon, and pineapple; divide mixture evenly on top of romaine.
      3. Drizzle dressing over salads; top evenly with feta and sunflower seeds. Serve.
