    Ingredients

    • 1 ripe peach (or nectarine)
    • 1 ripe mango
    • 3 limes, for juice
    • 1 ripe Florida avocado
    • 2 teaspoons garlic stir-in paste
    • ¼ teaspoon sea (or kosher) salt
    • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil<
    • ½ cup diced fresh red onions
    • 1 cup baby arugula
    • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (optional)

    Steps

      1. Peel peach and cut into bite-size cubes. Cut mango sides away from pit, then score flesh into bite-size cubes and scoop from skin. Juice limes (3 tablespoons). Cut avocado into fourths lengthwise.
      2. Combine lime juice, garlic paste, salt, and oil; whisk until blended. Combine peaches, mangos, onions, and arugula in large bowl; toss with lime dressing. Top each avocado section with salad mixture; drizzle with sriracha, if using. Serve.
