Strawberry-Hibiscus Iced Refresher

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 bags hibiscus (or berry) herbal tea
  • 2 bags green tea
  • ¼ cup sugar substitute
  • 8 oz fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz less-sugar apple–white grape juice blend
  • 4 oz unsweetened almond-coconut (or oat) milk
  • 4 cups crushed ice

Steps

    1. Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan, then add all tea bags and sugar substitute. Remove from heat and let stand to steep 10 minutes, stirring halfway through stand time. Remove tea bags and chill tea.
    2. Meanwhile, hull strawberries; reserve 4 for garnish. Place remaining strawberries in food processor bowl. Process until pureed, then stir into tea mixture.
    3. Divide ice among 4 tall glasses; add tea mixture and apple–white grape juice. Top with coconut milk and garnish with reserved strawberries. Serve.
    Chef's Tip: You can pour the drink mixture (without ice) into about 8 ice pop molds and enjoy frozen.
