Strawberry Granola Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
- Nonstick aluminum foil
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 (32 oz) container low-fat vanilla bean Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup low-fat granola mix
Steps
- Line 13- x 9-inch baking dish with foil, letting foil overhang sides. Slice strawberries thinly. Combine honey and yogurt in small bowl; spread mixture evenly into prepared dish.
- Top with strawberries, coconut, and granola, pressing pieces gently into yogurt mixture. Freeze 1 hour or until completely frozen. Use overhanging foil to remove bark from dish, then cut into slices using a pizza cutter. Serve immediately.
