Strawberry-Citrus Slush

Ingredients

  • 16 oz fresh strawberries
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 12 oz orange-flavored (or citrus) sparkling water, divided
  • 2 cups ice

Steps

    1. Cut strawberries into quarters and place in medium bowl. Stir in sugar; let stand 30 minutes (or overnight) to marinate.
    2. Place in blender: lime juice, strawberry mixture, 6 oz sparkling water, and ice; blend until smooth. Stir in remaining 6 oz sparkling water and divide slush into 4 serving glasses. Serve.
