Ingredients
- 2 (0.8 oz) bags freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup whole, unsalted almonds
- ⅔ cup quick oats
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (about ¼ cp)
- 7 tablespoons agave nectar (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
- Place strawberries, almonds, and oats in food processor bowl (or blender); process until mixture is powdered. Transfer mixture to medium bowl; stir in protein powder, agave, and vanilla until thoroughly blended.
- Scoop "bites" of strawberry mixture onto baking sheet (about 2 tablespoons each). Place strawberry bites in airtight container and chill until ready to serve. Makes 24 "bites."
