Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) mahi-mahi fillets (about 1 ½ lb)
- 1 tablespoon garlic-sriracha seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 lime, for juice
Steps
- Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Coat fish with seasoning (wash hands); brush with oil.
- Grill 3–4 minutes on each side until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145°F. Cut lime in half and squeeze juice over fish before serving.
Other Preparation Methods
- Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season 1 ½ lb mahi-mahi fillets with 1 tablespoon garlic-herb seasoning, then coat with spray. Arrange on baking sheet; bake 8–10 minutes until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145°F. Combine 2 tablespoons unsalted butter with 1 teaspoon Italian herbs paste; top fish with mixture.
- Broil: Preheat broiler on HIGH. Brush 1 ½ lb mahi-mahi fillets lightly with olive oil, season with 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning. Arrange fish on baking sheet; broil 5–6 minutes until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145°F.
