Sriracha Barbecue Chicken with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 lb)
  • 2 teaspoons Montreal chicken seasoning
  • ½ cup mango (or traditional) salsa
  • 1 (2 ct, 8.8 oz) package cooked yellow rice (optional for serving)

Steps

    1. Preheat grill (or grill pan) on medium. Combine Worcestershire sauce, oil, ketchup, and sriracha sauce. Coat chicken with seasoning (wash hands).
    2. Place chicken on grill. Grill 5–7 minutes on each side until chicken is grill-marked and 165°F (brush with sauce during last minute of grill time). Serve chicken with salsa and rice, if using.
