Ingredients

  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
  • 2 oz radishes
  • 2 tablespoons champagne (or white wine) vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • 6 oz butter lettuce blend

Steps

    1. Chop shallot and tarragon finely; slice radish thinly. Place vinegar and shallots in salad bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Whisk in olive oil, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
    2. Add lettuce blend and radishes. Toss and serve.
