Ingredients
- 1 shallot
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon
- 2 oz radishes
- 2 tablespoons champagne (or white wine) vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 6 oz butter lettuce blend
Steps
- Chop shallot and tarragon finely; slice radish thinly. Place vinegar and shallots in salad bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Whisk in olive oil, tarragon, salt, and pepper.
- Add lettuce blend and radishes. Toss and serve.
