Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh strawberries
- 1 large, ripe Hass avocado
- 1 bag fresh baby spinach (5–6 oz)
- ½ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- ⅓ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup poppyseed dressing
Steps
- Hull and slice strawberries. Halve avocado; scoop out flesh and slice.
- Arrange spinach on serving platter; top with strawberries, avocados, cheese, and almonds. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
