Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Avocados

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh strawberries
  • 1 large, ripe Hass avocado
  • 1 bag fresh baby spinach (5–6 oz)
  • ½ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • ⅓ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup poppyseed dressing

Steps

    1. Hull and slice strawberries. Halve avocado; scoop out flesh and slice.
    2. Arrange spinach on serving platter; top with strawberries, avocados, cheese, and almonds. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
