Ingredients
- 1 bag baby spinach (or arugula), 4–6 oz
- ⅓ cup praline pecans
- 4 oz pineapple chunks
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup poppy seed dressing
Steps
- Place spinach in salad bowl. Chop pecans and pineapple finely; add to spinach.
- Add feta and dressing; toss and serve.
