Sparkling Peach Punch

Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
  • ½ gallon Deli sweet tea
  • 1 cup chilled ginger ale
  • 1 pint peach-mango sherbet (or sorbet)
  • 1 (750 mL) bottle chilled champagne (or sparkling grape juice)
  • 3 cups sliced frozen peaches (optional for garnish)

Steps

    1. Thaw lemonade and pour into serving pitcher or punch bowl. Pour in tea and ginger ale; stir in sorbet.
    2. Pour or ladle ½ cup punch into serving glass; top with ¼ cup champagne. Garnish with peach slice, if desired
