Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon, for juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 4 oz sliced smoked turkey breast
Steps
- Cut avocado in half; remove pit. Scoop flesh out of skin and place in small bowl.
- Squeeze lemon for juice (1 teaspoon). Add lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and pepper to bowl with avocado; smash lightly leaving some chunks of avocado. Slice tomato.
- Toast bread, then top each slice with even amounts avocado mixture, tomato, sliced turkey, and remaining ½ teaspoon salt. Serve.
