Slow Cooker Mexican-Style Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 6 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground red pepper (optional)
  • 2 (12 oz) packages semisweet chocolate morsels

Steps

    1. Place all ingredients (except morsels) in slow cooker and whisk until combined.
    2. Stir in morsels; cover and cook on LOW 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until hot and thickened. Serve.
    Chef's Tip: Serve topped with marshmallows, whipped cream, or additional cinnamon.
