Ingredients
- 3 oz espresso cold brew coffee
- 2 oz half-and-half
- ⅛ teaspoons peppermint extract
- 1 peppermint candy (or sprinkles), crushed
- Whipped cream
- 1 peppermint cookie, for garnish
Steps
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add all ingredients (except candy and whipped cream).
- Shake well; strain into a martini glass.
- Crush candy into fine pieces. Top martini with whipped cream and candy pieces. Garnish (or serve) with cookies such as Publix Aprons Peppermint Melt-Away Cookies.
