Sleigh Ride Sipper Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 3 oz espresso cold brew coffee
  • 2 oz half-and-half
  • ⅛ teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 1 peppermint candy (or sprinkles), crushed
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 peppermint cookie, for garnish

Steps

    1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice; add all ingredients (except candy and whipped cream).
    2. Shake well; strain into a martini glass.
    3. Crush candy into fine pieces. Top martini with whipped cream and candy pieces. Garnish (or serve) with cookies such as Publix Aprons Peppermint Melt-Away Cookies.
    Note: For a warm treat, use hot coffee or hot chocolate instead of cold brew and stir together in a mug instead of using an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
