Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork in a crisscross design.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until lightly browned and slightly puffed. Cool 1 minute on baking sheet, then remove to wire rack to cool completely. Serve.
