Ingredients
- 2 ripe Hass avocados
- 4 limes, for juice
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ small yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
Steps
- Halve avocados and scoop out flesh. Juice limes (¼ cup). Place in large bowl: avocados, lime juice, salt, and pepper; mash with fork until desired texture.
- Chop onion, cilantro, and garlic finely; stir into avocado mixture. Chill 30 minutes for flavors to blend or until ready to serve.
