Simple Guacamole with Stir-In Options

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Hass avocados
  • 4 limes, for juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ small yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic

Steps

    1. Halve avocados and scoop out flesh. Juice limes (¼ cup). Place in large bowl: avocados, lime juice, salt, and pepper; mash with fork until desired texture.
    2. Chop onion, cilantro, and garlic finely; stir into avocado mixture. Chill 30 minutes for flavors to blend or until ready to serve.
