Ingredients
- 4 lb large, cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
- For Cajun Artichoke Sauce
- 1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- ½ cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- 2 tablespoons Cajun (or creole) seasoning
- For Chipotle Cocktail Sauce
- 1 ½ cups ketchup (or tomato sauce)
- 3 tablespoons chipotle hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime zest and ½ cup lime juice (from about 6 limes)
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 cloves garlic
Steps
- Place ingredients for desired sauce in food processor bowl (or blender); pulse until blended and desired consistency. Chill until ready to serve with shrimp.
