    Ingredients

    • 1 lb fresh littleneck clams
    • 1 lb fresh mussels
    • 3 lemons
    • 1 large yellow onion
    • 4 quarts water
    • 8 cloves garlic
    • ½ cup seafood seasoning
    • 1 ½ lb baby red (or gold) potatoes
    • 4 medium fresh lobster tails
    • 2 tablespoons Italian parsley
    • 1 lb steamed snow crab legs (or Dungeness clusters)
    • 8 frozen mini corn on the cob

    Steps

      1. Rinse clams and mussels under cold running water; drain well and set aside. Cut lemons into quarters; chop onion into large chunks.
      2. Combine in large stockpot: water, onions, lemons, garlic, and seasoning until blended. Bring to a boil on high. Cut potatoes in half and add to stockpot; reduce heat to medium and simmer 8 minutes.
      3. Add lobster tails to pot; cover pot with lid and simmer 5 minutes. Finely chop parsley.
      4. Add to pot: clams, mussels, crab legs, and corn; cover pot with lid and cook 5 more minutes until clams, and mussels open (discard unopened shells) and lobster is opaque.
      5. Strain seafood boil into bowl or platter. Top with parsley and additional seasoning (if desired). Serve.
