Sautéed Zucchini with Feta

Ingredients

  • 4 large zucchini squash
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps

    1. Preheat large sauté pan on medium 2-3 minutes. Cut zucchini into thin rounds; chop garlic finely.
    2. Place oil in pan; add zucchini and garlic. Cook and stir 20 minutes or until tender. Stir in salt, pepper, and feta; serve.
