Salted Maple Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ lb Vermont Creamery Cultured Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Alessi Fine Sea Salt
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Steps

    1. Add cream cheese and butter to medium mixing bowl; beat with electric hand mixer for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Scrape down bowl and beat for 3 more minutes.
    2. Add vanilla, sugar, salt, and syrup; beat until well blended. Chill 20 minutes before using.
