Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 ½ lb Vermont Creamery Cultured Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
- 1 teaspoon Alessi Fine Sea Salt
- ½ cup maple syrup
Steps
- Add cream cheese and butter to medium mixing bowl; beat with electric hand mixer for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Scrape down bowl and beat for 3 more minutes.
- Add vanilla, sugar, salt, and syrup; beat until well blended. Chill 20 minutes before using.
